Lying Leg Curl
The lying leg curl is an isolated exercise for your hamstrings (back of your upper leg). It is a great complement to the leg extension, which concentrates on your quads (front of your upper leg).
This exercise requires a lying leg curl machine.

- Lie face down on the leg curl machine with your heels tucked under the roller pads
- Grab the side handles for support
- Lift the weight up until your legs are fully curled
- Pause for a second
- Return to starting position
- Repeat steps 3 & 5 until you've repeated the desired number of reps
